Community Connections

Community Connections is proud to be the largest not-for-profit mental health agency serving men, women and children in the nation’s capital.

Since its founding in 1984, Community Connections has been committed to innovative and compassionate mental health, addictions and residential services for the District of Columbia’s most vulnerable citizens. Community Connections combines a commitment to quality mental health care with a passion for research and education that has led to our status as a recognized national leader in the delivery of creative and constantly evolving, evidence-based services for our consumers and our community.

Population Services International (PSI)

Population Services International (PSI) is a global nonprofit organization focused on the encouragement of healthy behavior and affordability of health products.

PSI was founded in 1970 to improve reproductive health using commercial marketing strategies and has expanded to work in over 50 countries in the areas of malaria, family planning, HIV, diarrhea, pneumonia and sanitation. PSI is headquartered in Washington, DC. A hallmark of PSI is a commitment to the principle that health services and products are most effective when they are accompanied by robust communications and distribution efforts that help ensure wide acceptance and proper use.

Pathways

Pathways is one of the largest providers of community based behavioral and social services in America.

Pathways provides a focused approach to managing the medical, behavioral and social needs of potentially high-cost healthcare consumers with chronic conditions and complex social challenges. With over 20 years of experience, Pathways is uniquely positioned to partner with hospitals and physicians to address and lower the additional healthcare costs for those who suffer from medical as well as behavioral and social determinants of health challenges.

LifeStride

Life Strides has been a member of the DC community for over 25 years. They have remained steadfast in serving the mental health community of DC.

They believe in the strength of their consumers to achieve their goals by making the decisions that are right for them.

PCC Stride

The Mission of PCC Stride, Inc. is to create brighter futures for all ages by improving individual, family, and community life.

PCC Stride aims to do so through professional services and programs for foster children and parents. To this end, PCC Stride, Inc. upholds The Vision to address the issue of poverty and exclusion by providing services and supports to foster youths, their families and communities.

MBI Health Services

MBI Health Services, LLC. is a certified behavioral health agency servicing the D.C. Metropolitan Area.

They provide a wide range of services and programs for both adults and children for the sake of helping each individuals gain back their confidence and security into their lives. To do this, they have partnered with several well-­known and highly regarded government healthcare agencies, such as the Department on Behavioral Health, the Department on Disability Services, and the National Institutes of Health.
